The four-hour webinar will cover: Updates on Title IV rulemaking; Title IV program participation basics (institutional, student and program), the federal definition of distance education and correspondence education, with a deep dive into regular and substantive interaction and satisfactory academic progress. We will also cover administrative capability, fiduciary duty, state authorization, professional licensure disclosure obligations, and ADA as it applies to online programs, and data security and privacy.
