DEAC is now accepting 2018 Annual Report Submissions. Your institution can use the guide below to complete the Annual Report submission process. Please be aware that the DEAC Annual Report continues to evolve, and we appreciate your patience as we work to improve and refine this vital process. The 2018 DEAC Annual Report and Financial Report will be due on March 31, 2019.

Annual Report Submission Portal Accounts

If you have your Annual Report Submission Account information from last year, it will work. You can reset your password if needed. If you need to set up accounts for new users, you can do so by clicking here. To set up the new account(s) you will need to submit the names and email addresses of the employees who need accounts, and for each, indicate what kind of account they need: administrative, financial, or non-financial. Each institution must have one administrator, responsible for submitting the report; however, additional accounts may be created for up to 3 additional users to enter data:

  • Administrator: Each institution must have one administrator account. This account will have access to the entire Annual Report, and will be responsible for submitting the completed report.

  • Financial: These accounts will have access only to portions of the report dealing with financial information. They will not be able to view or access sections dealing with non-financial information.

  • Non-Financial: These accounts will have access to portions of the report dealing with non-financial information. They will not be able to view or access sections dealing with financial information.

Annual Report Portal Account Creation Form

After the form is submitted, DEAC staff will create the Annual Report Portal accounts and an activation email will be sent to each user. Accounts must be activated within 24 hours of receiving the activation email, and please remember to check your junk/spam folder for the account creation email.

      Please contact deacsupport@varident.com with questions regarding the annual report submission process, or for support with any technical issues during completion of the report. You should expect a response to your email within the same work day. Inquiries received after business hours will be answered the following day (or, for questions received on the weekend, the following Monday). on Friday afternoon and on the weekend will be answered the following Monday. Some issues may take more than 24 hours to resolve additional technical support is required.
