DEAC is now accepting 2021 Annual Report Submissions. Your institution can use the guide below to complete the Annual Report submission process. Please be aware that the DEAC Annual Report continues to evolve, and we appreciate your patience as we work to improve and refine this vital process. The 2021 DEAC Annual Report will be due on or before March 31, 2022.
Annual Report Submission Portal Accounts
All institutions must set up new annual report submission accounts; you can do so by clicking here. To set up the account(s) you will need to submit the names and email addresses of the employees who need accounts, and for each, indicate what kind of account they need: Administrator or User. Each institution must have one administrator, responsible for submitting the report; however, additional accounts may be created for up to three additional users to enter data:
Administrator: Each institution must have one administrator account. This account will have access to the entire Annual Report, and will be responsible for submitting the completed report.
User: These accounts allow additional staff members to access and enter data to the form, but not submit the completed annual report.

After the form is submitted, DEAC staff will create the Annual Report Portal accounts and an activation email will be sent to each user. Accounts must be activated within 24 hours of receiving the activation email. Please remember to check your junk/spam folder for the account creation email.
