Exhibiting at a DEAC Meeting

The Distance Education Accrediting Commission has more than 100 member institutions that together enroll approximately 4 million students. The 2024 Annual Conference offers an excellent opportunity to interact with executives from many of the most successful distance education institution executives in the nation.

 

EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

Connect with attendees with dedicated space in the Exhibit/Registration area.

EXHIBITOR PLUS PACKAGE

In addition to exhibit space, display a promotional slide played during breaks between General Sessions.

Exhibitor Package – $2,100

The Exhibitor Package includes one exhibit space (each exhibit space comprises one 6′ table and two chairs) in the Exhibit/Registration area and one meeting registration. Organizations sending more than one representative to the meeting can register additional attendees for $300 using the “Additional Exhibitor” option.

Exhibitor Plus Package – $2,600

The Exhibitor Plus Package includes the following:

  • One exhibit space (each exhibit space comprises one 6′ table and two chairs) in the Exhibit/Registration area.
  • One meeting registration.
  • A promotional slide on the Informational PowerPoint presentation played during the breaks between General Sessions.

Organizations sending more than one representative to the meeting can register additional attendees for $300 using the “Additional Exhibitor” option.

SETUP, TAKEDOWN AND SHIPPING

Each exhibit space comprises one 6′ table and two chairs. Exhibit spaces can accommodate backdrops/banners/etc. up to 10′ in width, but each exhibit area cannot extend beyond 10′ in width. Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit setup will run from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 14. Exhibit takedown can begin after lunch on Tuesday, April 16, and all exhibits must be removed by 4:00 p.m. Tuesday.

All electrical services and utilities should be contracted for directly with The Omni La Mansion Del Rio’s convention services department.

Exhibit materials may not arrive at the hotel before Thursday, April 11. (Please note, materials may incur processing and storage fees.) Each box must be clearly marked with the company name as well as the following information:
