DEAC Exhibitor Schedule & Venue Details available December 1, 2025
Exhibitor Package
$3,000
This foundational package is perfect for organizations looking to establish a presence at the conference. It includes:
- Exhibit Space: One exhibit space featuring a 6′ table and two chairs, strategically located in the Exhibit/Registration area to maximize attendee exposure.
- Conference Registration: Two registrations for the entire Conference granting access to all sessions, receptions/meals, networking opportunities, and events.
(Please note: The Centennial Gala is not included and requires a separate registration and $250 fee per person.)
- Brand Recognition: Gain visibility with your logo and a brief company description featured in the Centennial Conference App, promotional emails, and the Centennial Gala Program.
- Additional Attendees: If your organization plans to send more than two representatives to the Conference, you can easily register additional attendees for just $500 each. This can be done through the “Additional Exhibitor” option, allowing your team to participate fully in the conference.

Featured Exhibitor Plus Session Presentation Package

Maximize your impact with our comprehensive Featured Exhibitor Plus Session Presentation Package. This premium option includes:
- Prime Exhibit Space: One exhibit space featuring a 6′ table and two chairs in the highly trafficked Exhibit/Registration area.
- Meeting Registration: Two Conference registrations for a full access pass to all conference sessions, receptions/meals, and networking events. (Please note: The Centennial Gala is not included and requires a separate registration and $250 fee per person.)
- Brand Recognition: Gain visibility with your logo and a brief company description featured in the Centennial Conference App, promotional emails, and the Centennial Gala Program.
