Mix and mingle over hors d’oeuvres and open bar with DEAC leaders and Commissioners past and present, other national and global leaders in accreditation and quality assurance, and institutions that share a history of fostering Freedom to Learn.

Dinner

Toast DEAC’s century of commitment to quality distance education and reminisce through the decades with colleagues and friends at a seated dinner. A harp and violin duo lends a touch of timeless elegance to the dining experience.

Program

DEAC’s Executive Director Leah Matthews and Chair  Marcia Ditmyer host an inspirational reflection on DEAC’s legacy and the future of distance education, honoring those who founded DEAC institutions, our students and graduates, and those who carry forward the vision of quality distance education.

Live Music & Dancing

Keep the celebration going on the dance floor with the infectious energy of DC-based six piece ensemble band Amplify. Champagne, beer and wine provided throughout the evening.
